yes, there is an illness in the immediate family of one of the members, so the immediate european tour is cancelled, but Jimmy's clinics are still going ahead.

I saw The Complex recently in London. August 24th. It was really great. The venue was really tiny and there was probably only 100-200 people there, but the atmosphere was excellent. I think they played the whole album. And a cover of Pink Floyd's "Breath".
